The outside Sales Executive is responsible for driving organizational growth through effective negotiation and closure of business deals. This role requires a high degree of professionalism and the ability to command respect from business owners and C-level executives while educating them about the company's offerings.

Essential Functions:

  • Research and compile prospective client prospecting lists.
  • Actively prospect for new clients through email outreach, phone calls, in-person visits, participation in networking events, and leveraging referral partners.
  • Secure appointments and deliver compelling presentations of the company's services to key decision-makers and end-users.
  • Manage the entire sales process, encompassing discovery, needs analysis, proposal presentations, feature and benefit comparisons, technology demonstrations, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Ensure the timely completion and submission of accurate sales documentation.
  • Foster and maintain client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention for all closed deals.
  • Employ a strategic and consultative sales approach.
  • Represent the company positively to clients and within the community.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge in technical, competitive, business, and human resources aspects.
  • Meet or surpass assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Achieve daily and weekly prospecting targets, such as sent emails or made phone calls, as determined by the manager.
  • Monitor and submit weekly sales progress reports.
  • Engage in other projects as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college.
  • Minimum of 2 years of consultative B2B sales experience.
  • Proficiency in generating leads and prospecting for business.
  • Fundamental understanding of human resources.
  • Strong sales acumen and exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities.
