UI/UX Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams comprised of developers, product managers, and other designers to conceive and produce user-centered designs for web applications
• Ensure a smooth and aesthetically pleasing user experience by taking the lead and participating in every stage of the design process, from ideation and wireframing to final visual design and prototyping
• To create interactive prototypes, design documentation, and high-fidelity user interface mockups, use Figma and other pertinent design tools
• Use design thinking techniques to understand users' needs, pinpoint their problems, and iteratively enhance the user experience in response to feedback and data
• Create and update design systems and guidelines to guarantee uniformity on various platforms and projects
• Keep abreast of market developments, cutting-edge technology, and best practices for UI/UX design to consistently improve the caliber of the processes and designs
• Work together with stakeholders to collect requirements and efficiently convey design solutions through dialogues and presentations
• Exhibit great creative thinking abilities, thrive in a team atmosphere, and be able to produce eye-catching, user-focused designs

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Design, Interactive Media, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience working with UI Design and UX Design
• Nice to have some familiarity with HTML/CSS or other front-end technologies
• Extensive experience in utilizing Figma to produce interactive and aesthetically pleasing designs
• Strong grasp of design thinking, user-centered design techniques, and design principles
• Strong communication abilities and the capacity to clearly convey and explain design decisions
• Demonstrable experience successfully designing for a variety of platforms and devices, including web and mobile
• Remarkable focus on detail and a love of crafting amazing user experiences
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to refine designs in response to data and user input
• Familiarity with collaborating in an Agile project management setting with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of user research techniques and usability testing
• Ability to collaborate with others in a team and communicate clearly
• Willingness to operate both autonomously and in a collaborative, team-oriented setting in an agile development environment
• Outstanding detail-orientedness and potent analytical abilities
• Exceptional teamwork and communication skills
• Fluent in both spoken and written English communication
