Job Title: Thai Language Expert Finance

Job Purpose and Impact

In this role, you will perform routine activities including consulting and internal controls with intermediate complexity. In this role, you will assist others in the tax department with complex projects and planning and communicate with businesses and tax personnel on issues arising with the value added tax and reporting.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Provide tax support to business units on daily basis in matters of low complexity.

2. Elaborate spontaneous disclosure and tax consult of intermediate complexity.

3. Monitor changes in the tax legislation for the assigned region.

4. Provide support regarding VAT and Withholding taxes.

5. Prepare tax instructions for the company related to tax procedures and review tax procedures.

6. Check and review balance sheet reconciliations and perform tax mini audits to identify risks and opportunities.

7. Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelors degree in finance or related field.

2. Looking for someone well versed with Thai language (Reading, Writing & Speaking).

3. Preferably has finance/tax background but not a mandate.
