Summary

• Department: Emergency Department
  
• Shift Timing: 11:00-23:30 Hours Monday to Friday (3 days/12 Hours Shift )
  
• Per Week: 36 Hours

Roles & Responsibilities

• ​Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
• Uniform is ceil blue scrubs. This unit sees a high proportion of behavioral health patients.
