Responsibilities:

  • Provide project related engineering services including but not limited to MES development, web development, process historian configuration, network configuration, SQL configuration and general IT support.
  • Provide technical sales support for Company sale team members, including client visits, job walk-downs, and proposal development/review.
  • Function as frontline communication and point-of-contact for clients.
  • Perform duties as a technical lead which includes working with and providing guidance for younger, less experienced engineers as needed to satisfy project requirements.
  • Travel up to 25% as required to support project and client objectives.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Qualified candidates will have 5 or more years of hands-on experience with the Ignition platform and extensive database experience.
  • Working understanding of programming languages (Python, JavaScript)
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL Server technologies (SQL Server clustering, LogShipping, SSRS, etc.)
  • Preferred knowledge of Azure configuration and deployments

An ideal candidate will be able to work out of either our Wilmington NC or Chester VA office locations. Relocation assistance is available for highly qualified candidates.
