Digital QC Technician

JOB TITLE: QC Technician

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Linear testing on video, audio and subtitle tracks; menu and disc navigation and player compatibility.
• Film restoration QC
• Emulation QC of authored DVD and BD disc images and replica samples.
• Detailed reporting of errors and anomalies
• Communication with QC Managers and other Duplitech staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of 2 years experience in DVD/Blu-ray Testing or Master QCFilm Restoration QC (Dirt, Flicker, Artifacts, Etc) experience is a major plus
• Solid Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Attention to Detail
• Must be self motivated; proactively seek to improve knowledge of testing procedures
• Individuals who are available to work evenings and weekends are preferred
