ROLE: Operations Associate

Our Client is transforming outbound sales through AI-enabled SDRs and performance-based results. Were building Uber for Lead Generation. Our platform connects businesses with top sales talent and AI workflows, helping clients generate pipeline growth and scale their pipeline generation.

Role Overview
As an Operations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving user growth and customer success. You will assist with onboarding new users, managing outreach, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Your responsibilities will span across various operational tasks that support both users and customers in achieving their goals on the platform.

Key Responsibilities

User Growth (users are freelance sales professionals)

  • Run group onboarding sessions for new users

  • Manage outreach campaigns to ensure successful new user onboarding

  • Calculate and distribute new user incentives

  • Provide 1:1 technical assistance and respond to support tickets from new users

  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) like the number of users making calls and booking qualified meetings

Customer Success (Customers  are businesses which are selling a product or service B2B)

  • Configure and manage campaigns for new customers

  • Develop training materials for customers

  • Run onboarding sessions for tools such as Calendly

  • Write and send reminders about key product updates

  • Prepare performance review presentations for customers

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via Slack and email

  • Manage and update the companies CRM

Other Responsibilities

  • Assist the team with managing and posting on social media

  • Troubleshoot user and customer issues as needed

  • Generally help the team grow the business and make customers and users happy :)

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Excel and spreadsheets

  • Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English. Must be comfortable presenting on live video calls both 1<>1 and to webinar audiences

  • Excited to learn new tools and technologies, especially AI-driven platforms like ChatGPT

  • Ability to draft and manage bulk communications, such as HTML emails, using tools like Customer.io or Braze

  • Familiarity with customer support and ticketing tools such as ZenDesk or Intercom

  • Bonus: Experience with CRM systems, lead databases like ZoomInfo or Apollo.io
