Sales Specialist / Sales Associate

SUMMARY:We are seeking highly motivated and driven Sales Specialists / Sales Associates to join our team. As a Sales Specialist / Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with our team of professionals to provide our clients with the best possible solutions for their business needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead follow-up
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Collaborate with our team of professionals to develop customized solutions for clients
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
• Attend networking events and conferences to promote STAFFVIRTUAL and generate new leads

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a remote or virtual environment
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones
• Passion for sales and a drive to succeed
