We are looking for a motivated and proactive Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to join our team at a leading roofing company. This role focuses on identifying and attracting top talent to fill various positions within the organization. The ideal candidate will excel at sourcing candidates, engaging with them, and building a robust talent pipeline. Full life-cycle recruitment experience is not required; however, a strong understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate engagement is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various platforms (job boards, social media, networking events, etc.) to identify and attract potential candidates for open positions.
- Candidate Engagement: Initiate and maintain communication with prospective candidates, providing information about the company and its culture.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings, ensuring a steady flow of talent.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each role and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor hiring practices to optimize sourcing efforts and attract high-quality candidates.
- Reporting: Track sourcing metrics and provide regular updates on candidate engagement and pipeline status.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field preferred, but not required.
- Strong research and sourcing skills with a passion for finding the right talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with the roofing or construction industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box in sourcing candidates.

Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
