DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This position partners with the Sales organization and is responsible for assisting in supporting Sales Team needs.
  • Data entry and validation
  • Conducts security assessment works with our customers
  • Complete deal paperwork including sales quotes and orders
  • Completes assigned Zendesk tickets within 1 business day
  • Prepares quarterly reviews
  • Supports all other team member tasks and other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent customer relation skills
  • Background in customer service or sales preferred
  • Background in customer service preferred
  • Strong self-motivation
  • Independent and hard working
  • Strong time management & organization skill
  • Intermediate computer knowledge* MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with Excel is necessary specifically with v-lookup and pivot tables and then extracting or linking data to tables in PowerPoint.
