JOB TITLE: Technical Recruiter
Duties & Responsibilities:
Creating job ads for various positions in the organization
Utilize all social media platforms (i.e. LinkedIn) to find and attract top talent
Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
Candidate screening and coordinating interviews with hiring managers
Conducting effective compensation conversations
Coordinating / attending / leading hiring events
Administering appropriate screening assessments
Following up on the interview process status
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
Staying current on the companys organization structure, personnel policy and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges and industry associations
Completing timely reports on recruiting metrics
Qualifications:
Organizing daily workload by priority
Recruiting technical positions and other positions in the US
Communicating effectively via written and verbal
Noticing the details and going the extra mile
Utilizing social media as a recruiting tool
Interacting with Managers, candidates and vendors in a professional manner
Working independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
Multi-tasking and accomplishing tasks in a timely manner
Preferably:
3+ years of industry recruiting experience
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
Experience with Cornerstone and UKG Recruiter preferred
