JOB TITLE: General Administration Intern

Summary: We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented General Administration Intern to join our team at STAFFVIRTUAL. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in administrative tasks, as well as support content creation and marketing initiatives. As a General Administration Intern, you will assist with document management, scheduling, event coordination, and also contribute to our social media and marketing efforts, gaining exposure to various functions within a fast-paced outsourcing company.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative assistance, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing reports.
  • Assist in organizing internal and external events, managing logistics, and communicating with participants.
  • Support document management tasks by organizing and maintaining both digital and physical files.


Content & Marketing Support:

  • Assist in creating, editing, and publishing content for the companys social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Help manage the content calendar, ensuring timely posts and updates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging materials such as graphics, blog posts, or promotional content.


Document Management:

  • Ensure that all files are properly categorized and easily accessible for team use.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with document retention policies and archiving systems.


Scheduling & Coordination:

  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings and appointments across different departments.
  • Help organize company-wide events, including training sessions, and team activities.


Office & Marketing Support:

  • Ensure office supplies and resources are well-stocked and managed efficiently.
  • Assist with vendor coordination for office-related and marketing activities.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns and contribute to creative initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably with a focus on Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience or interest in content creation and social media management.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
