Microsoft Engineer (Intune Focus)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with various teams to understand client deployment needs and compliance requirements within Intune: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and comprehend client-specific deployment needs, ensuring that device management aligns with compliance and security standards.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME): Serve as the go-to expert for Microsoft Intune and related technologies, providing in-depth knowledge and insights to guide best practices and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Create documentation and help train your team in your areas of focus: Develop clear and comprehensive documentation for endpoint management processes, policies, and configurations. Facilitate team training sessions to ensure all members are proficient in key areas, empowering them to independently manage and support the systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You are fluent in Cloud: Your focus is on managing and configuring endpoint devices, ensuring smooth operation, and optimizing device management strategies.
• Have Extensive Experience with Microsoft Intune: You are proficient in using Intune for managing mobile devices, PCs, and cloud-based endpoints.
• Are Experienced in Our (or a similar) Stack:
• Endpoint Management: Microsoft Intune, EntraID

    - Mobile Device Management (MDM): Experience with managing mobile          devices across various platforms (iOS, Android, Windows).

   - Security: Familiarity with Conditional Access, Compliance Policies, Device    Configuration Policies.

    - Automation: PowerShell scripting for automation of management tasks.

    - Integration: Experience with integrating Microsoft 365, Teams, and other enterprise systems with Intune.

    - Tools: Azure Function/Automations, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM), SCCM, Autopilot, Power BI for reporting.

• Have Worked in a Dynamic Environment: Experience in fast-paced environments, with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing needs and technologies.
