Senior Front End Developer

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain front-end architecture using React and JavaScript, ensuring scalable, high-performance applications.

Build responsive, accessible, and intuitive user interfaces using modern web technologies, including HTML5 and CSS.

Optimize application performance to enhance the user experience across various platforms and devices.

Collaborate closely with back-end developers and product teams to integrate APIs and align user-facing elements with business requirements.

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and provide suggestions for improvements.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards.

Troubleshoot and debug application issues, ensuring smooth functionality.

Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality codebase.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in front-end development to continuously improve the development process.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Developer with 6 years of expertise with experience in leading projects.

Expertise in React.js and JavaScript (ES6+).

Strong experience with HTML5 and CSS3, including responsive design principles.

Hands-on experience with state management tools like Redux or Context API.

Proficient in version control tools such as Git.

Familiarity with modern build tools and pipelines (Webpack, Babel, NPM, etc.).

Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience in Agile or Scrum environments is a plus.
