About the job Supply Specialist
Duties & Responsibilities
- As a Supply Specialist you will respond promptly to customer needs by taking and fulfilling orders by phone and email.
- Additionally, you will respond to requests for service and assistance, manage difficult or emotional customer situations, and listen intently and respond in a positive manner to all requests and questions.
- This position requires excellent customer relation skills, the ability to think critically and communicate well with our customers both internal and external.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years previous customer service/call center experience highly preferred

Strong time management and organizational skills
Attention to detail
- Problem Solving Proactively identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong self-motivator with ability to works independently, yet a great team player
Intermediate computer knowledge *MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Adaptable to frequent process changes and improvements
Reliable transportation
Industry experience preferred
