Duties & Responsibilities

  • As a Supply Specialist you will respond promptly to customer needs by taking and fulfilling orders by phone and email.
  • Additionally, you will respond to requests for service and assistance, manage difficult or emotional customer situations, and listen intently and respond in a positive manner to all requests and questions.
  • This position requires excellent customer relation skills, the ability to think critically and communicate well with our customers both internal and external.


Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years previous customer service/call center experience highly preferred
  • Excellent customer relation skills

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Problem Solving Proactively identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Strong self-motivator with ability to works independently, yet a great team player
  • Intermediate computer knowledge *MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Adaptable to frequent process changes and improvements

  • Reliable transportation

  • Industry experience preferred
