DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer incoming Customer calls for Service requests and Supply orders

  • Accurately enter information into the appropriate Service call or Supply order

  • Enter Service requests and supply orders received via email or voicemail

  • Complete various administrative tasks

  • Close out Service calls for Technicians

  • Assist Technicians with looking up additional information

  • Back up the front desk

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Can navigate a technology-based ERP system

  • Comfortable with Cloud-based phone system

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

  • Positive, helpful and enthusiastic

  • Detail oriented and organized

  • Comfortable working in a team setting

  • Possess exceptional Customer Service Skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Able to turn a negative into a positive one

  • Open to work on a night shift
