JOB TITLE: Training Intern

Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and organized Training Intern to join our team at STAFFVIRTUAL. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the development and delivery of training programs within a dynamic outsourcing company. As a Training Intern, you will assist in organizing and executing training initiatives for both new and existing employees, helping to ensure that staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Training Program Support:

  • Assist in the organization and coordination of training sessions, including scheduling, venue preparation, and communication with participants.
  • Help maintain and update training materials, ensuring they are relevant and up-to-date.
  • Track employee participation in training programs and gather feedback to improve future sessions.

Training Content Development:

  • Collaborate with the training team to create new learning materials such as presentations, manuals, and handouts.
  • Assist in the development of e-learning modules and other digital training tools.
  • Conduct research on best practices and trends in training and development to enhance content.


Administrative Tasks:

  • Provide administrative support for the training department, including handling correspondence, preparing reports, and organizing files.
  • Assist in maintaining training records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Help manage the scheduling and logistics for ongoing learning and development programs.


Employee Engagement & Support:

  • Assist in onboarding new hires by ensuring they receive the appropriate training and orientation materials.
  • Provide support during training sessions by answering questions and assisting with technical issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and support ongoing employee development.


Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably with a focus on HR, Education, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; experience with learning management systems is a plus.
  • Passion for learning and development.
