SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Manager to lead our IT operations and drive the strategic implementation of technologies within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, software development, and cybersecurity, along with expertise in integrating AI solutions to enhance business processes. This role requires a visionary leader who can align technology initiatives with business objectives, optimize IT performance, and ensure the successful deployment of AI-driven solutions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• IT Strategy & Leadership
• Develop and execute the IT strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify opportunities for AI and emerging technologies.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, cybersecurity best practices, and company policies.
• AI Implementation & Digital Transformation:
• Drive the adoption of AI-powered solutions to optimize business processes, enhance efficiency, and improve decision-making.
• Evaluate, select, and integrate AI tools such as machine learning models, NLP, and automation platforms.
• Partner with data science and engineering teams to implement AI-driven analytics and predictive modeling.
• Ensure responsible AI deployment by addressing ethical considerations, bias mitigation, and data security.
• IT Infrastructure & Operations:
• Oversee IT infrastructure, including cloud services, networks, and enterprise applications.
• Manage system upgrades, software deployments, and IT support to ensure operational continuity.
• Optimize IT resources, budgets, and vendor relationships to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement best practices for data management, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery planning.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 7+ years of IT leadership experience, including 3+ years in AI implementation and digital transformation projects.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with AI Implementation Projects
• Proficiency in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with automation tools (RPA, Chatbots, AI-powered analytics).
• Oversee software development, system integration, and cloud-based deployments.
• Implement AI-driven solutions, such as machine learning, automation, and predictive analytics.
• Work with data science teams to integrate AI/ML models into business applications.
• Ensure software solutions meet security, performance, and scalability requirements.
• Manage IT infrastructure, including cloud platforms, on-premise servers, and networking.
• Oversee the procurement, deployment, and maintenance of hardware (servers, storage, workstations, IoT devices).
• Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems through proactive monitoring and upgrades
• Implement disaster recovery and backup solutions for data security and business continuity. Leadership & Communication:
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive IT initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
