About the job Customer Service Representative (Track & Trace)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing status of delivery load by contacting drivers/dispatch via call.
- Keeping records and status by identifying pick up date, possible delays and issues.
- Serve as POC/liaise between brokers and drivers to relay important information.
- Checking requests from brokers of carriers that wanted to pick up loads and making sure all documents are submitted before approval
- PODs collections
- Collecting missing paperwork from dispatch or broker to accounting department.

- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills. Has the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Active listening skills
- Organized and keen to details
