DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Managing status of delivery load by contacting drivers/dispatch via call.
  • Keeping records and status by identifying pick up date, possible delays and issues.
  • Serve as POC/liaise between brokers and drivers to relay important information.
  • Checking requests from brokers of carriers that wanted to pick up loads  and making sure all documents are submitted before approval
  • PODs collections
  • Collecting missing paperwork from dispatch or broker to accounting department.
