About the role:

The Sourcing Specialist (Buyer) is responsible for evaluating and processing all daily purchase requests that flow through the Procurement queue. Sourcing Specialists are responsible for managing every aspect of the purchasing process from beginning to end to ensure a positive experience, both internally and for our customers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Sales Order Que and identify appropriate warehouse for internal fulfillment or vendor for PO Creation
  • Maintaining and understanding real time inventory control using our ERP, E-Automate, PO Processor, PO Receiver
  • Ordering and receiving drop ship orders directly shipped to customers

  • Managing every aspect of the purchasing process to ensure on-time, accurate delivery and a positive end-user experience
  • Monitoring open purchase orders and working with vendors and other buyers on filling, cancelling or changing orders
  • Working with our vendors to assist local logistics and/or customer care in tracking and coordinating deliveries
  • Utilizing excellent customer service skills with your internal customers

  • Maintaining a list of known back-ordered items so that the appropriate parties can be updated, when necessary
  • Weekly reporting on inventory levels, open POs, back-ordered items, etc.
  • Creating and setting up new items inside E-Automate

  • Remaining flexible and open minded so that youre ready to adjust or take on new tasks as needed


Qualifications:

  • With 4yrs+ experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly E-Automate, is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and real-time inventory control systems.

  • Ability to monitor sales order queues and manage purchase orders effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to track and coordinate deliveries, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple orders simultaneously, and adjust to new responsibilities as needed.
  • A stable job history with proven success in previous jobs.

Shift: M-F, 10 pm-7 am PH time
