DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Schedule net new and existing business appointments on behalf of the sales team in the Dallas area.
  • Operate as a self-starter / hunter for new business.
  • Partner with marketing to utilize business collateral and internal resources for customer outreach.
  • Joint account planning with managers and sales reps to grow the pipeline and close deals.
  • Develop business opportunities, in conjunction with Novatech assigned sales team within various accounts.
  • Develop sales activities with new enterprise accounts.
  • Develop sales pipeline by proactively calling to convert sales conversations to identified prospects.
  • Assist in forecasting and account/opportunity details within SalesForce.
  • Propose, coordinate and participate in marketing activities within the territory.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2 years or more years of mid-market to enterprise sales

  • Successful in engaging in conversation with C-Level clients

  • Proven track record of setting net new and customer accounts; must have an in-depth

  • understanding of technology trends and issues

  • Proven ability to develop new sales with strong cold-calling and prospecting skills

  • Must have knowledge of solution/product selling and value-based selling techniques
