Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated interns to join our team at STAFFVIRTUAL. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across different departments within a dynamic and growing outsourcing company. You will develop valuable skills in areas such as Recruitment, Training, General Administration, IT, Accounting, HR (Compensation & Benefits or Admin), and more. This full-time internship provides a comprehensive understanding of our operations and the essential services we offer to clients globally.

Important Note:

Interns will be assigned to a specific department based on their skills, interests, and the needs of the company. Each intern will work closely with the team in their assigned department to gain specialized experience. Interns will not rotate across all departments but will focus on developing expertise in one area throughout the duration of the internship.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Depending on your assigned department, your responsibilities may include:


  • Recruitment (Cebu) (3):
    • Assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for various roles.

    • Help manage the applicant tracking system and job postings.

    • Support the team in candidate interviews and assessments.

  • Training (Cebu) (2):
    • Assist in organizing and delivering training programs for new and existing staff.

    • Help in developing and improving training materials and processes.

    • Participate in learning and development initiatives to improve workforce capabilities.

  • General Administration (Cebu) (1):
    • Provide administrative support for different teams and projects.

    • Assist with document management, scheduling, and coordination of meetings.

    • Help in organizing internal and external events.

  • IT (Manila) (2):
    • Support in troubleshooting technical issues for internal teams and clients.

    • Assist with software and hardware setup, maintenance, and updates.

    • Conduct research on new tools and technologies that could enhance operations.

  • Accounting (Manila) (1):
    • Assist in day-to-day financial operations, including invoicing, payroll, and expense tracking.

    • Help prepare financial reports and conduct data analysis.

    • Support audits and ensure financial compliance.

  • HR (Compensation & Benefits) (Manila) (1):
    • Assist in managing employee benefits, compensation structures, and payroll.

    • Help maintain and update employee records.

    • Contribute to ensuring HR compliance and supporting policy development.

  • HR (Admin) (Manila) (2):
    • Provide support in employee relations and HR communications.

    • Assist with performance management, employee engagement, and HR initiatives.

    • Help maintain and implement HR policies and procedures.


In all roles, you will:

  • Conduct research on industry trends and best practices.

  • Learn and utilize tools and technologies relevant to your department.

  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other interns and staff on special projects.


Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

  • Passion for learning and a strong work ethic.
