DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serves as Back-Office Support to the Customer Service Officer.
  • Input/Upload data into MAGAYA (Cargo Network System).
  • Track shipments (Air/Sea) daily via web tracking or by contacting Forwarding Agents and Shipping Lines.
  • Responsible for collating e-files of all active shipments.
  • Update CSO regularly regarding any status changes of shipments.
  • Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
  • Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
  • Tracking and fixing shipping errors.
  • Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized.
