About the job Logistics Coordinator (Back Office)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serves as Back-Office Support to the Customer Service Officer.
- Input/Upload data into MAGAYA (Cargo Network System).
- Track shipments (Air/Sea) daily via web tracking or by contacting Forwarding Agents and Shipping Lines.
- Responsible for collating e-files of all active shipments.
- Update CSO regularly regarding any status changes of shipments.
- Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
- Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
- Tracking and fixing shipping errors.
- Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized.
