SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Supervisor / Manager to join our team in Cebu, Philippines. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to our employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop training programs and materials based on the needs of the company and its employees
  • Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees on various topics such as company policies, procedures, and systems
  • Utilize a variety of training methods, including classroom instruction, online learning, and on-the-job training
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and create customized training plans - Conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, providing them with the necessary training to succeed in their roles
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to employees to ensure their continued development and success
  • Monitor and track employee progress and provide feedback to management on areas of improvement
  • Ability to learn and conduct product training when needed.
  • Coordinates with different departments on their training needs through training needs analysis
  • Completes the training process and procedure documents.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
  • 3+ years of Training Supervisor experience in a BPO setting
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Must have experience in BPO/ Shared Services Product and Soft Skills Training
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other training software/tools
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if necessary
  • Must be willing to work in Cebu, Philippines
