LinkedIn Inbox Manager / Lead Generation Specialist (Remote)

Job Title: LinkedIn Inbox Manager (Remote) 

About the Client: Our client is a technology company specializing in LinkedIn prospecting and sales outreach automation. Their platform helps businesses streamline lead generation, personalize outreach at scale, manage prospects, and book qualified meetings more efficiently. With automation, CRM functionality, contact enrichment, reporting, and sales-tool integrations, they help sales teams spend less time on repetitive prospecting and more time building relationships and closing opportunities.

Overview: We run a done-for-you outbound appointment setting service for financial advisors across the US. We use LinkedIn to generate conversations with prospects and need a dedicated person to manage all incoming replies across multiple LinkedIn accounts. Your only job is to work the inbox — nothing else.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and reply to all LinkedIn messages across 75–100 accounts daily
• Follow a proven message sequence (we provide the SOP — you execute it)
• Tag every conversation: book a call / nurture / not interested / escalate
• For all booked meetings, message the client letting them know
• Flag any unusual responses or objections for review
• Log daily activity in our tracking sheet

Qualifications:

• Write in clear, professional, natural-sounding English (an SOP will be copied and pasted into our AI database to write the majority of follow-ups)
• Are highly organized and detail-oriented
• Can follow a script
• Respond quickly — messages need replies within 30 minutes
• Are available during US business hours, ideally 8–5 CST (at least partial overlap)

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
