Job Title: HubSpot Administrator

Job Overview:

The HubSpot Administrator owns the ongoing configuration, optimization, and day-to-day administration of HubSpot as  central CRM and marketing operations platform, ensuring it runs cleanly and reliably as our primary system for managing contacts, campaigns, and customer lifecycle data.

Working closely with the data flowing in from Shopify, NetSuite, and Klaviyo, the HubSpot Administrator maintains integration health, builds and maintains automation and reporting, and serves as the internal point of contact for HubSpot related questions, issues, and enhancements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the HubSpot platform, including user permissions, account settings, and overall system configuration.
• Build, monitor, and maintain workflows, automations, sequences, and lifecycle stage rules
• Own data hygiene and governance within HubSpot, ensuring contact, company, and deal records stay accurate, deduplicated, and properly mapped.
• Manage and troubleshoot the integrations between HubSpot and Shopify, NetSuite, and Klaviyo, ensuring data syncs correctly and reliably across systems.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards for Marketing, Sales, and leadership to track key performance metrics.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Ecommerce teams to translate business needs into HubSpot configurations, forms, landing pages, and campaigns.
• Manage custom properties, pipelines, and object structures as business needs evolve.
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot errors, and serve as the primary point of contact for HubSpot related issues.
• Stay current on new HubSpot features and releases, recommending and implementing enhancements where useful.

• Support onboarding and training of new HubSpot users across departments.

• Maintain documentation of HubSpot processes, workflows, and system architecture.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal data governance policies.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

• 2 to 4 years of experience administering HubSpot or a comparable CRM or marketing automation platform.

• Experience working with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify and ERP systems such as NetSuite preferred.

• Strong working knowledge of HubSpot administration, including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and/or Operations Hub.

• Experience integrating HubSpot with ecommerce and ERP platforms, ideally Shopify and NetSuite.

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, including data migration and syncing concepts.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, comfortable resolving data and integration issues.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non technical stakeholders.

• Experience building reports, dashboards, and workflow automations.

• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality with sensitive customer and business data.

• HubSpot certification(s), such as HubSpot Marketing Software or RevOps certification, a plus
• Knowledge of data privacy best practices and relevant regulations.
