Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our multidisciplinary team. This full-time, on-site position involves providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapeutic interventions for clients with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and evaluations.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.

Provide psychotherapy and counseling services as appropriate.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians.

Document all clinical interactions in compliance with regulatory standards.

Participate in case conferences and treatment planning meetings.
Qualifications:

Masters or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health.

Current, unrestricted PMHNP license in the state of Texas.

DEA certification and ability to prescribe controlled substances.

Experience in addiction psychiatry or dual diagnosis treatment preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
