We are seeking a passionate and skilled Full-Time Evening IOP SUD Track Therapist to join our dedicated team. If you thrive in a supportive, team-oriented environment and are eager to help individuals on their recovery journey, wed love to hear from you! This position is ideal for a therapist who is enthusiastic about working with individuals in an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and has a strong background in substance use disorder (SUD) treatment.

Requirements

Must have at least an LCADC (Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor)

Required: LSW, LAC, LCSW, or LPC in addition to an LCADC

Experience working with individuals in substance use disorder treatment

Strong communication and clinical skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Provide group and individual therapy to clients enrolled in the evening Intensive Outpatient Program

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Conduct assessments and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Provide crisis intervention and support as needed

Support clients in their recovery journey using evidence-based practices

Participate in staff meetings, training, and supervision

Schedule: Monday, Thursday 1pm - 9pm - Friday 7am-3pm

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $58,000 - $68,000 per year
