As the Clinical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all clinical aspects of our residential facility. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals and collaborate with various departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality and evidence-based treatment to our residents.

Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid licensure as a LCSW, LPC, LPCA or other relevant clinical license in practicing state.
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role within a behavioral health setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of state regulations and licensing requirements for residential mental health facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the clinical team, including psychologists, therapists, counselors, and other mental health professionals.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans that comply with state regulations and licensing standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the clinical services to ensure they are aligned with best practices and evidence-based approaches.
- Stay current with the latest research, developments, and best practices in mental health treatment to enhance the quality of care provided.
- Collaborate with the medical team, including psychiatrists and nurses, to coordinate holistic treatment approaches for residents.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws, including state regulations related to mental health facilities.
- Oversee the facility's clinical documentation, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a safe and therapeutic environment for residents and staff.
- Participate in regular meetings with the management team to provide updates on clinical operations, progress, and challenges.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture that encourages professional growth and development among team members.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive resident information.
Location: Woodville, TX
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
