About Us

We are a premier behavioral health facility offering comprehensive, evidence-based treatment for individuals in need of structured care. Our PHP program provides a step-down level of support between inpatient treatment and traditional outpatient therapy, helping clients build the skills needed for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to each clients needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and support staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Provide crisis intervention and ensure clients develop healthy coping mechanisms.
• Assist in discharge planning and coordination of aftercare services.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active licensure in Georgia (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Associate-level licensure, such as LAPC, LMSW, or LAMFT).
• Experience in PHP, IOP, or residential treatment settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care.
• Excellent clinical documentation and communication skills.

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $55,000 - $70,000 per year

Schedule: M-F, 8:30-5pm
