Requirements:
- High school diploma or similar - Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (preferred)
- Relevant certification or licensure (CRMA preferred)
- Experience working in mental health or substance abuse treatment settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion
Responsibilities:
- Direct Patient Care: Provide direct care and support to individuals undergoing mental health and substance abuse treatment. Assist in the implementation of treatment plans under the supervision of licensed professionals.
- Crisis Intervention: Respond to crisis situations by implementing appropriate interventions and de-escalation techniques. Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, progress, and treatment interventions. Communicate effectively with the treatment team regarding patient needs and progress.
- Client Advocacy: Advocate for the rights and well-being of individuals receiving treatment. Collaborate with individuals to develop and achieve personal goals.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work collaboratively with therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care. Participate in team meetings and contribute to treatment planning.
Pay: $17-21/hr
Schedule: Full time - all shifts available
