We are currently seeking a dedicated and licensed therapist with a strong background in substance use disorder to join our team in Arkansas.
Job Summary:
The Licensed Therapist will provide therapeutic support to clients with substance use disorders, focusing on helping them achieve sustained recovery. The therapist will use a combination of individual and group counseling, case management, and evidence-based treatment interventions to address the unique needs of each client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
- Apply evidence-based treatment modalities, such as CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including case managers, psychiatrists, and other therapists, to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and timely client documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Offer crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed.
- Educate clients and families on the recovery process and provide resources for ongoing support.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Must hold a current and valid license as a therapist in the state of Arkansas (LCSW, LPC, LMSW etc.).
- Experience: Experience in Addiction counseling in addiction counseling and recovery support.
- Education: Masters degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong therapeutic skills, experience with evidence-based treatment approaches, and proficiency in documentation and electronic health records.
- Interpersonal Abilities: Compassionate, collaborative, and skilled at fostering client engagement and progress.

Schedule: Monday- Friday Dayshift ON SITE
Salary: $60,000-$70,000
