Requirements:

  • High school diploma or similar - Bachelors degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (preferred)

  • Relevant certification or licensure (CRMA preferred)

  • Experience working in mental health or substance abuse treatment settings

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team

  • Commitment to promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion

Responsibilities:

Direct Patient Care: Provide direct care and support to individuals undergoing mental health and substance abuse treatment. Assist in the implementation of treatment plans under the supervision of licensed professionals.

Crisis Intervention: Respond to crisis situations by implementing appropriate interventions and de-escalation techniques. Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, progress, and treatment interventions. Communicate effectively with the treatment team regarding patient needs and progress.

Client Advocacy: Advocate for the rights and well-being of individuals receiving treatment. Collaborate with individuals to develop and achieve personal goals.

Collaborative Teamwork: Work collaboratively with therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care. Participate in team meetings and contribute to treatment planning.

Pay: $16-18/hour

Schedule: Full time
