Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. As a Physical Therapist at you will work closely with a diverse patient population to develop individualized treatment plans, implement therapeutic exercises, and educate patients on injury prevention and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions and functional abilities.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
  • Utilize various therapeutic techniques and modalities to reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability.
  • Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises, injury prevention, and overall wellness.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in physical therapy techniques and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Proven experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient or clinical setting.
  • Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
