We are looking for a passionate and motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. If you have a strong background in community outreach and a drive to build partnerships, we want you! As part of our team, youll help us extend our reach, grow our programs, and ensure that individuals with developmental disabilities have access to the services they need to thrive.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, community outreach, or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of the developmental disability sector and the needs of individuals with disabilities
  • Established network within Hudson, NY, and surrounding areas
  • Experience with advocacy or social services preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and service providers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelors degree in social services, business development, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to increase program visibility and service accessibility
  • Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, healthcare providers, schools, and government agencies
  • Identify and secure partnerships that align with our mission to support individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Manage outreach efforts including speaking at community events, hosting informational sessions, and participating in networking opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the alignment of business development strategies with program goals
  • Track and report on business development activities, including the success of outreach initiatives
  • Provide updates to leadership on outreach progress and partnership development
  • Identify potential funding opportunities and assist in grant writing when needed

Pay: $75-85,000 per year
