The Regional Medical Director will provide psychiatric leadership across various levels of care, from Detox and Residential treatment to Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient (OP) programs, including virtual services. This role is 50% clinical in Maine and 50% administrative, with oversight of programs in New Hampshire. Regional Medical Director Requirements
- MD/DO licensed Psychiatrist in Maine (with licensure or willingness to obtain in NH)
- 5+ years of experience in mental health and substance use disorder treatment
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to balance clinical and administrative responsibilities effectively
- Commitment to promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion
Regional Medical Director Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric leadership and oversight for addiction and mental health programs at all levels of care.
- Conduct clinical duties, including patient evaluations, chart reviews, patient calls, and sign-offs.
- Lead the development and implementation of medical protocols for detox and addiction treatment programs.
- Collaborate with the executive team to identify and implement clinical process improvements.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all treatment programs in Maine and New Hampshire.
- Collaborate with FL Medical Director to ensure regulatory compliance and sharing of best practices.
- Participate in program audits and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Engage with stakeholders, including clinical staff, patients, and families, to ensure high-quality care and communication.

Pay- $250,000- $350,000.00
Schedule- Full-Time (Hybrid)
