$65,000 base + $60,000 OTE + Benefits
SaaS company offering an all-in-one CRM, EMR, and RCM platform designed for mental health and substance abuse providers. Our tech helps clinicians focus less on admin and more on outcomes, streamlining operations, improving care, and maximizing revenue.
Were looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified pipeline leads.
- Prospect and cold outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn (expect volume and quality).
- Build relationships with decision-makers at behavioral health facilities, treatment groups, and group practices.
- Qualify inbound leads and execute outbound campaigns to drive interest and demo bookings.
- Partner with Account Executives to fill pipeline and support closing motions.
- Track everything in CRM. No excuses.
- Continuously refine your pitch, discovery skills, and market knowledge.
Looking For:
- Have 1-3 years of B2B sales or SDR experience (bonus for SaaS or healthcare).
- Know how to ask smart questions, not just pitch features.
- Can handle rejection like a pro and move on fast.
- Are organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-moving, quota-driven environment.
