About Us:
Join our team at a compassionate and dynamic treatment facility with over 40 years of licensed, certified experience in treating substance use disorders. We provide a warm, inviting environment that fosters healing and growth, supporting individuals through their recovery journey. We are proud to be one of the few facilities offering specialized treatment programs for the D/deaf and hard of hearing communities, and all of our services are available in Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy in Residential, Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient (OP) settings for clients with substance use disorders.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to support client recovery and overall mental health.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, including those requiring services in Spanish or who are part of the D/deaf and hard of hearing community.
Qualifications:
- Active Rhode Island clinical licensure. Also will consider CADC and PADC
- Experience in substance use disorder treatment is required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $52,000-$60,000
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 9-5 or 10-6
