Requirements

• Education: Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
• Licensure: Must be licensed to practice in Florida (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in addiction treatment, ideally with adolescents
• Proficient with telehealth platforms and comfortable with virtual care delivery
• Empathetic communication, strong organizational skills, and dedication to supporting adolescent recovery

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual individual and group therapy sessions for adolescents experiencing substance use and addiction-related challenges.
• Develop personalized treatment plans focused on evidence-based practices and client-centered goals.
• Document sessions and progress reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and confidentiality laws.
• Collaborate with family members, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to support the adolescents holistic recovery journey.
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and professional development sessions.

Schedule:

• Monday - Thursday: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Remote (Florida)

Pay: $60,000 - $72,000 per year
