Join our team:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to improving the lives of children with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to making a positive impact.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.
- Implement and monitor ABA therapy programs.
- Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Counselors to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide parent training and support to promote generalization of skills.
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing program development.
Pay: $75,000 - $93,000
Schedule: FT On Site
