Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping individuals overcome mental health challenges. As a Licensed Therapist, you will provide individual, group, and family therapy, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
  • Participate in case consultations, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development.
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards of practice.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Current licensure in New Jersey as one of the following:
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems is preferred.
