Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales & Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing print and marketing solutions company. As a one-stop source for all marketing, printing, and promotional product needs, we service a wide range of industries and individual clients. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who thrives on relationship building, creative marketing solutions, and closing deals across various verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with businesses, organizations, and individuals across a wide range of industries.
- Solution Selling: Present our full suite of servicesprint, signage, promotional products, branded merchandise, and marketing collateralas customized solutions tailored to client needs.
- Account Expansion: Grow existing accounts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities and nurturing long-term partnerships.
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Utilize cold calling, networking, event attendance, referrals, and digital tools (CRM, LinkedIn, etc.) to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal production, graphic design, and customer service teams to ensure seamless order execution and client satisfaction.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Track activity in CRM, maintain accurate sales reports, and hit/exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on trends in printing, promotional marketing, and client industries to deliver value-added insights and ideas.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales or business development experience (print, promo, or marketing services preferred)
- Proven success in B2B and/or B2C sales environments
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
- Proficient in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and online sales tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage a sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale account management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the printing, promotional product, or marketing industry
- Existing book of business or active client network a plus
- Background in selling to marketing departments, HR, real estate, education, hospitality, healthcare, or local SMBs
Pay- $70k- $95k PLUS COMMISSION
Location- Brick, NJ (REMOTE)
Schedule- M-F (FT)
