Requirements
- Masters degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field
- Licensed in Texas as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent (supervisory licensure preferred)
- 5+ years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Expertise in mental health treatment and evidence-based practices
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience in compliance and quality assurance within a clinical setting
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of mental health programs, ensuring high-quality care delivery
- Supervise and mentor clinical staff, including therapists and case managers
- Develop, implement, and monitor program policies, procedures, and workflows
- Conduct regular staff meetings and provide ongoing professional development opportunities
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize client outcomes and satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze clinical performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations of clinical staff
- Stay updated on advancements in mental health care and integrate new approaches into programs
Location: Austin, TX
Job Type: Full Time
Schedule: 9:00pm-5:00pm (Monday through Friday)
Pay: $55,000 - $75,000 annually
