Requirements

  • Masters degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field
  • Licensed in Texas as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent (supervisory licensure preferred)
  • 5+ years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Expertise in mental health treatment and evidence-based practices
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience in compliance and quality assurance within a clinical setting

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of mental health programs, ensuring high-quality care delivery
  • Supervise and mentor clinical staff, including therapists and case managers
  • Develop, implement, and monitor program policies, procedures, and workflows
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and provide ongoing professional development opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize client outcomes and satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze clinical performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations of clinical staff
  • Stay updated on advancements in mental health care and integrate new approaches into programs

Location: Austin, TX

Job Type: Full Time

Schedule: 9:00pm-5:00pm (Monday through Friday)

Pay: $55,000 - $75,000 annually
