Were hiring a Business Development Representative to expand our outreach in the Port St. Lucie area. This role is ideal for someone with an active referral network and a passion for connecting clients to life-changing care. Youll work independently and strategically to increase visibility, build partnerships, and drive admissions to our residential program.

Requirements

• Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or eating disorder treatment field
• Strong network and book of business in Port St. Lucie or surrounding areas
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• CRM proficiency and experience tracking referral metrics
• Background in admissions, outreach, or community-based marketing is highly valued
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally

Responsibilities

• Generate referrals by building strong relationships with local therapists, hospitals, schools, and other community partners
• Represent the program at outreach events, conferences, and provider meetings
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with referral sources
• Track and report outreach efforts and results using CRM tools
• Collaborate with admissions and clinical teams to ensure timely and effective client transitions
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on program offerings, clinical philosophy, and treatment outcomes

Pay: $90,000 - $150,000 per year
