Were seeking a passionate, local influencer or social media strategist to collaborate with and guide our founder in establishing her voice, growing her audience, and creating impactful content.

Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor our founder on creating an authentic and engaging Instagram presence.
• Assist in developing a content strategy tailored to the parenting niche.
• Collaborate on content ideas, including video scripts, captions, and post formats.
• Provide hands-on guidance for on-camera confidence and presence.
• Analyze audience engagement and provide recommendations for growth.
• Stay updated on social media trends and platform changes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a social media strategist, influencer, or similar role.
• Expertise in Instagram content creation and audience growth.
• Familiarity with the parenting or lifestyle niche is a plus.
• Comfortable coaching and directing someone new to social media.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Based in or near Boca Raton, FL, with the ability to meet locally.

Job Type: 1099 Contract
