Join our team as a Clinical Director for our Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient (OP) programs. As a Clinical Director, you will oversee the clinical aspects of our behavioral health programs, ensuring that each client receives high-quality, individualized care. You will be responsible for maintaining program integrity, leading a team of skilled clinicians, and upholding our commitment to fostering self-worth and a positive outlook.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee PHP, IOP, and OP programs to ensure effective delivery of evidence-based therapeutic services
  • Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities
  • Develop and maintain program policies, procedures, and treatment protocols in line with regulatory and accrediting standards
  • Ensure that client care is conducted in a safe, supportive, and confidential environment, prioritizing respect and dignity for all
  • Conduct regular staff meetings, trainings, and clinical supervision sessions to ensure adherence to best practices
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate care, ensure client safety, and monitor program outcomes
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and accreditation standards

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field 
  • Licensed in Maryland, with credentials such as LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or similar
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a behavioral health setting, with 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated experience with PHP/IOP/OP programs
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
