Clinical Lead Therapist Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
  • Active NJ LPC, LCSW or LMHC
  • Experience in individual and group counseling, preferably in a mental health or substance abuse setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to create a safe and trusting therapeutic environment
  • Commitment to promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion

Clinical Lead Therapist Responsibilities

  • Provide individual counseling services to clients, addressing their mental health and substance abuse concerns.
  • Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, promoting a sense of community and shared support.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to integrate counseling services into clients' overall care plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions to support clients' recovery.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards and confidentiality regulations.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision.

Pay: $65,000 - $85,000

Schedule: Monday-Friday
