As our company continues to expand, were looking for an Embroidery Specialist to join our production team and bring client designs to life through precision stitching and expert finishing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate commercial embroidery machines (e.g., Tajima, Barudan, SWF, etc.)

  • Hoop and stabilize garments properly to ensure clean, accurate stitching

  • Thread and maintain machines, adjust tension, and troubleshoot minor issues

  • Read and interpret design files and job work orders

  • Inspect finished products for quality control and make necessary adjustments

  • Maintain an organized and clean work environment

  • Assist in other production areas (vinyl, screen print, packaging) as needed

What Were Looking For

  • Experience: 1+ years operating commercial embroidery machines preferred (training available for quick learners)

  • Detail-Oriented: You take pride in neat, precise work

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with embroidery software or willing to learn (e.g., Wilcom, Pulse, etc.)

  • Dependable: Punctual, responsible, and efficient with time

  • Team Player: Willing to jump in and help wherever needed

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

  • Digitizing experience

  • Knowledge of additional garment printing techniques

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)

  • Familiarity with fast-paced production environments
