About Us:

We are a well-established private duty, non-skilled home care agency based in Delray Beach, FL, providing high-quality, compassionate care to seniors and individuals in need of assistance. With a loyal base of approximately 60 active clients and 100 caregivers working at any given time, we proudly serve Palm Beach County and are now licensed to expand into Martin County and Okeechobee. Our services are strictly private pay and long-term care insurance onlyno Medicaid or Medicare.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, connected, and driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for expanding our referral network and client base by leveraging existing relationships and developing new partnerships across Palm Beach and neighboring counties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain referral relationships with Orthopedic surgeons, PCPs, concierge physicians, discharge planners, geriatric care managers, social workers, and case managers.
  • Expand partnerships with local Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), Independent Living Facilities (ILFs), country clubs, and affluent communities.
  • Leverage existing book of business to generate qualified leads and warm referrals into our private pay home care services.
  • Attend community and networking events to promote brand visibility and establish new referral pipelines.
  • Work closely with internal team to ensure smooth intake process and client satisfaction.
  • Provide market feedback to leadership and help identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of business development or referral marketing experience in home care, private duty, or senior services industry.
  • Strong, established relationships in Palm Beach County and surrounding areas with key referral sources listed above.
  • Proven track record of increasing census and generating private pay referrals.
  • Understanding of private duty, non-skilled home care models, including long-term care insurance navigation.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with ability to manage a territory independently and meet performance targets.
