Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to support our leadership team and ensure the highest quality of clinical care. This pivotal role involves assisting in nursing management, fostering a supportive work environment, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards in our medical detox and residential treatment programs.

Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week

Salary: $90,000-$110,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to oversee nursing operations and staffing in both detox and residential units.

Ensure clinical compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Participate in hiring, training, and mentoring nursing staff to promote professional growth and best practice care delivery.

Coordinate with medical, therapeutic, and case management teams to facilitate seamless patient care.

Monitor and optimize quality metrics, patient safety protocols, and nursing documentation.

Contribute to strategic planning, policy development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); Masters degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.

Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Colorado.

Experience: Clinical supervisory or nursing leadership experience, preferably in detox, substance use treatment, or behavioral health.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities, with a passion for delivering empathetic and effective care.
